On Site Coaching & Support
On-site coaching and support can take the form of large presentations to faculty and staff or work with small grade level and/or content teams. Districts may schedule individual and multi-day support packages but may also contract V & S School Solutions to provide more large-scale coaching and support for projects over a larger set of days spread out over the course of a school year or multiple school years.
Virtual Support
School districts on a budget can hire V & S School Solutions associates for virtual support which can take the form of phone and video conferences and/or email support for individuals and small teams or private customized webinars (which can be recorded) for individuals or groups. Virtual support provides flexibility that on site support cannot.
Conference Keynote & Workshop Presentations
V & S School Solutions associates can provide conference keynote and workshop presentations to groups large and small. Topics can include (but are not limited to): Introduction to Competency Based Learning; K-12 CBL System Design; Personalization & Equity; Assessment, Grading, and Reporting; CBL Support Systems; Professional Learning Communities; CBL Instructional Strategies; Leading Change Management in a School; & Developing Performance Assessments
